Alright, let's talk about juxtaposition in photography. So basically, juxtaposition is when there is some sort of epic contrast in a photograph. I took pictures of all sorts of contrasting things—real and fake, nature and industrialization, big and small, cold and warm.
I tried to use leading lines and texture in a lot of my pictures. There were so many interesting things at the antique mall that it wasn't too hard!
I feel like my biggest weakness was incorporating my voice into every picture. Some were really neat, like my masculine vs feminine... But hot and cold? Those don't say anything about me as a person! It was challenging to create compositions that reflected me and had juxtaposition at the same time, so hopefully I'll improve with that as time goes on!
